Frequently asked questions

How do I know what size to order?

Our gym wear comes in S to L. Open the Size Guide on any product page for chest, waist and length measurements, then choose your usual size. If you are between sizes, go up for a looser fit or stay true for the close muscle fit the range is cut for.

Where do you deliver, and how much is it?

Mainland UK only — we do not deliver to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) or anywhere outside the UK. A flat £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 24, free on orders over £30.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, then arrive 1–2 business days later, so most UK orders land in 2–4 business days. You will get a Royal Mail tracking link by email as soon as it is dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags still attached and in the condition you received them. This sits alongside your legal rights, not instead of them.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@theswiftcompany.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label. £2.95 is deducted from your refund to cover it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — email us with your order number and we will swap it for the same item in a different size, subject to stock. Want a different colour instead? Return it for a refund and order the colour you want.

What if my item is faulty or wrong?

Email us with your order number and a photo. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, the return is free and we will replace it or refund you in full.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Card details are handled securely by Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, so you can split your payment into instalments or pay later, subject to Klarna’s approval. If you return an item, your Klarna plan is updated once the return is processed.

How do I wash and care for my gear?

Turn inside out, machine wash cold at 30°C and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean. Wash cold, skip the dryer, and your gear keeps its shape, colour and fit.

Is the Swift Bottle leak-proof?

Yes — 304 stainless steel with a leak-proof lid and a one-finger carry handle. Double-wall insulation keeps drinks cold for hours.
