Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theswiftcompany.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will assess your case and provide a resolution.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
